Free School Meals

If your child attends our nursery you can apply to claim free school meals if they attend for a full day and you get one of the qualifying benefits.

Your child will be able to get free school meals if they're in reception class, year 1 or year 2. Ask at the office for more information. If you get any of the qualifying benefits your child's school can get extra funding, called pupil premium, if you apply for free school meals through Lancashire County Council.

Please note:

From 1st April 2026 the Household Support Fund, which provides the holiday time free school meals vouchers, will cease.  It will be replaced with the Crisis and Resilience Fund, whose conditions do not allow for the provision of vouchers for eligible children.
