What maintained schools must publish online (DfE)
The guidance from the Department for Education (DfE) is for maintained school and gives an overview of the information:
- that must be published
- the DfE recommends should be published
Every maintained school must publish specific information on its website to comply with:
- the School Information (England) Regulations 2008, as amended by the School Information (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 and 2016
- other relevant legislation, including:
Schools should provide a paper copy of this information free of charge, if a parent or carer requests it.
